Horrible company. If you think your rep is doing something nice to help? Don’t fall for it. It’s not true. It’s a scam or a hustle. CANCEL MY SERVICE!!!!!!!! They won’t I’ve been trying for months now
Update 12/1/22...Our panel died. They sent out a tech. He fixed it. I got charged $63 for them to fix their own equipment!! Tech also told me we were being overcharged. I thought $75/mo was outrageous and i was right. Avoid this company at all costs. Stuck in a 3 year contract with horrible service. For the 1st year, you deal with Safe Haven. You hold for at least 10 minutes each time you call. When someone does come out, they quick fix it, tell their office it's working and leave. It never works properly. It took 11 months ... read more
ADT has HORRIBLE service, we have unfortunately only been with them about a year and a half and we have had issues with the camera not working the entire time. They then take forever to come and call themselves fixing it only to have it continue to not work. This is why they lock you into a three year sentence with them. They are horrible. Cannot wait to be done with them we are paying for a service that is not protecting us AT ALL. I will never recommend anyone to ADT.
