Scam. We got charged an additional $75 per month. We would call and they’d agree it was an erroneous charge, and would promise to stop charging the additional $75 and that they’d refund the charge. This happened every month for 12 months straight, and every time we would call and they’d admit it was an erroneous charge. We never got a refund and eventually ended our coverage with ADT. These people don’t even know what’s going on in their own company; you can’t get a straight or the same answer from ANYBODY and the installers act like it’s their first day on the job. I see why I pull more customers than ADT does. Should have just went with my own company or literally ANYBODY else… stay away.
HORRIBLE. Prior 2yr customer review: Do yourself a favor and get someone to hardwire a security system you buy yourself for 30% of the cost. ADT / Safe Haven will hustle you, especially if you're a new homeowner. Our installation tech was a creep who took 2 days to install 2 cameras and sensors on 8 windows. He wasn't skilled or knowledgeable. He couldn't figure out how to get one of the switches to connect to the system, so he just gave it to us to figure out; it's still sitting in a kitchen drawer.
