DON'T BOTHER! ADT IS THE ONE WHO WILL RIP YOU OFF!! DON'T DO IT! My mother had to move to an assisted living facility after my dad died. She wanted security in her house until it could be sold. She had the bare minimum equipment installed from some aggressive salesperson who said he came from St. Louis, MO. I was there when it was installed and took care of most of this salesperson's requests for paperwork. It was not explained to me clearly, evidently. Poor marketing skills! Got a salesman from ADT knocking my door past 7PM! If you operate between 8 and 4pm in your offices, don’t send salesmen past business hours!
They are changing me for service that is not hooked up there customer service is terrible they have people that don’t speak or understand English
Sales guy rang our doorbell at 8:00 pm. As someone with little kids who go to bed between 7:00-8:00, this is ridiculous. I will never buy anything from ADT now. If you insist on going door-to-door, do so before 7:00 pm.
