After cancelling service (which that alone took over hours as the rep refused to listen and haggled with us from $50 down to $10 a month), my wife and I have been receiving repeated phone calls daily from ADT. If you give them your phone number, they will literally HARASS you. Obviously, even they realize they are scamming people if they were able to just “drop the bill 80%”. If ADT can’t get my address or billing right, why would I trust them in an emergency? They tied my security system to the WRONG location, which puts my household in danger if help is ever needed. I’ve contacted them multiple times, including executive escalation, and been completely ignored. Then they double-billed me after removing me from auto-pay without warning. Alarm won’t stop going off. Turned off service and they refuse to get anyone here to resolve. Cover will not open. I will NEVER Use them again or refer them to clients. Real estate broker of 30 years. DO NOT USE THEM
