Very attentive and understanding I had issues with my Internet. I had to reschedule. I never felt judged. She text back promptly answered every text. Just great customer service. I had Ring Bell camera installed and other alarms on my windows. I am very pleased.
Paige Rangel was very good at explaining the services I wanted to receive I was having a challenging day and she was patient and professional I really appreciate how may service was handled no confusion simple and easy.
Horrible customer service and incapable of providing solutions in timely fashion that is consistent, reliable or factual, every representative I’ve spoken to has provided different information. I had a longer one detailing information but I’ve decided to simplify it to protect my own privacy. They do not care about customer safety. Do not recommend. If you need home security, stick with small business and local.
ADT you are the worst. It’s incredibly easy to initiate a service but the most asinine process trying to cancel after YEARS of service and on time paid bills. Ridiculous! Will not be using or promoting to anyone again.
