Terrible customer service. Especially after you paid to terminate a contract, yet they want to keep billing you and pretend like they have no idea what is going on. They give you the run around and make you wait on hold for hours on end. The 1st thing the recording says is that they expect long wait times. I spent 3 hours on the phone trying to speak to someone. I called to cancel services. Was offered 3-month credit to keep services. I declined. Recent statement shows the credit without cancelation. I have been on hold with customer service for over an hour now. Earlier the call was dropped after a 20 minute wait.

Very attentive and understanding I had issues with my Internet. I had to reschedule. I never felt judged. She text back promptly answered every text. Just great customer service. I had Ring Bell camera installed and other alarms on my windows. I am very pleased.
