Some people came to my house and offered me some security, which I agreed to buy into. I made the initial payment and then a couple months later there was a breakdown and I needed to use the cameras to see the videos to provide to the police evidence of the break-in. I could not access the videos and every single time. I try to call the company it would disconnect. NOT RENTER FRIENDLY my husband is military, and wanted to get us a security system while he was away. The guy that came out, told us it was renter friendly and that we could take the equipment with us when we moved. NOT THE CASE. When we moved, we called to have them move the service to our new house, they told us we couldn’t take the equipment and that we would have to sign a NEW contract and get all new equipment.
