Cameras never pick anyone up. Door alarms never stay up. Makes random beeps all night. Provides zero security. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
I was told $59 dollars nothing more for the service I needed. Come to find out I was charged $380 for the service when I specifically informed ADT what the issues were in the beginning and was told it would only be $59 for the service nothing more. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ADT AT ALLL!!! Very disappointed and upset . I will continue to post on all platforms about my experience with ADT so no one else gets screwed over.
ADT is an absolute joke of a company. We signed up with them because they had an ongoing "promotion" for free installation and a free google doorbell camera. Well, as soon as installation was performed they decided to charge us $1200 for installation and $180 for the google doorbell camera, increasing our monthly rate from $50 to $80. Over the last 3 months since installation, we have placed 7 calls to ADT and have spoken with everyone including billing, sales, and customer service. They have hidden fees and up charge more then what they tell you on your contract then re-make a contract with a signature that’s not your own
I pay for ADT on my mother's home in Florida I've had the contract for at least 7 years my mother passed away and I'm trying to cancel it and they will not let me cancel it until I give them a death certificate which I think is totally ridiculous since the account is in my name but since it's on her house doesn't matter that I've been paying the bill for the last many years it still won't let me cancel it
