We have had ADT for 32 years and our system needed some new equipment which was scheduled for this morning. Of course, we got a phone call telling us that "the tech has an issue and can't come out today." The tech was sick. We had to reschedule and once again put up with ADT's anemic service. One would think that ADT only has one tech; why they could not have sent someone else is above my pay grade. Front door back door cameras, Deborah Harley Work purchased Dawn cameras for $1200. Can’t pull up cameras on Calendar. This is an absolute mess. I will never ever use this security service again. I won’t even know how they’re in business. This don’t make no kind of sense at all. I’m in a contract but yet I gotta keep calling them over hundreds of times 1015 technicians out at the property there’s no make sense. Had ADT for 6 years, then the service no longer worked. Haven’t been able to use the system for 7 months. The company has basically been stringing us along and taking our monthly payments by continually making new service call appointments. After several service call visits ( and HOURS of wasted time with visits and on the phone ) we decided to ask for a refund for the months we’ve been paying and unable to use it.
