Was looking into other security companies because I was dissatisfied with my bill and old equipment. The upgrade offers over the phone were not attractive at all. Spoke with Zach at ADT about this and he came up with solutions to keep me as a customer. The techs that came out, Dalton and Brandon, gave the service and attention to detail that was needed too!
Unsure about the ADT monthly service as it just got installed today. Cade Thornsberry I can speak on him. He showed up at my door with a great personality and even bigger smile. He is very polite and he doesn’t care how long it takes for him to make sure you don’t have any questions and to go over everything with you. Had sales person randomly show up at my house and parked in my driveway…. Who do you think you are. You don’t live here. I have a $3000 credit told the guy multiple times over the phone. I’m not interested. He still showed up at my house unwelcome and argued with my brother in law on my front door step after telling him I wasn’t interested and I was on the phone.
