Kenny from ADT was great and easy installed our cameras
I’m frustrated that I am unable to give ZERO stars! I have tried to cancel their services 4 times this evening!!! They literally send you through a black hole of eternal waiting to speak with a cancellation representative. I waited on hold for a combined total of 76 minutes and still haven’t spoken with anyone! I even demanded to speak wirh a supervisor both via chat and via phone to no avail! I was advised that my concern has been escalated and a supervisor would call me. I've had ADT for 3 months and only worked half of the time. I've called for help many times. I've asked for help with someone coming to help me finish up with installing the last 2 cameras. Asked for a local company here in Owensboro,ky they start telling me how to self install it. They don't even have Me listed as a Customer!
We have had a horrible experience with ADT, so far. We originally had our system installed and the original installer told us that our chime would not work with a video doorbell and referred us to a different chime on Amazon to order and install. We were told once we did that we could then have a video doorbell. We paid nearly $300 to get the chime and have an electrician come wire it. The electrician got it put in and everything was working perfectly, so I called ADT and said we were ready for the video doorbell install. We... read more
We have had nothing but trouble with our ADT cameras. They stop working randomly and we have an error message until someone can come out to work on them. We were told that it was our Internet speed. We’ve since gotten fiber internet and still having trouble. Our contract is now up and we’re dropping ADT!
