They lie and lock you in a contract that after saying there is no contract. Then they tell you all you need to do to is pay the equipment off and you will be free of any other charges. 22 years as a customer with ADT! I’ve had 3 techs out to my current house, recently. The first ripped out my equipment in the attic and then told me I owed $500 for new equipment. The new equipment has never worked right. In the last 4 months the city of FTW Fire has been out more than them. ADT has been out 3 times. After, the fire department was out last night at 11:40. When driving on 121 as I was trying to get on the highway one of your drivers drove right beside me and would not let me over. I had to slam on my brakes in order to get on the freeway and when he flipped me off, so I called the number to give you guys a complaint about him and then they just hung up on me instead of taking my report they asked me what’s the truck number and then hung up the truck number is. 296043 license plate number is SWJ 7796
