22 years as a customer with ADT! I’ve had 3 techs out to my current house, recently. The first ripped out my equipment in the attic and then told me I owed $500 for new equipment. The new equipment has never worked right. In the last 4 months the city of FTW Fire has been out more than them. ADT has been out 3 times. After, the fire department was out last night at 11:40. When driving on 121 as I was trying to get on the highway one of your drivers drove right beside me and would not let me over. I had to slam on my brakes in order to get on the freeway and when he flipped me off, so I called the number to give you guys a complaint about him and then they just hung up on me instead of taking my report they asked me what’s the truck number and then hung up the truck number is. 296043 license plate number is SWJ 7796
stay far away from ADT. They have third party “bulldog” contractors that sell their products for a higher rate. The system never worked for the three year span of my contract. I never got an ADT doorbell as promised. They sent me a ring doorbell camera when I specifically wanted an ADT doorbell. It takes hours to get ahold of someone on the phone.
