Es un verdadero asco de compañia, tengo 4 meses tratando de agregar una camara, son horas hablado con servicio al cliente, y no hay nadie capacitado para solucionar problemas, te pasan a varioa departamentos y en 3 ocaciones ne colgaron el telefono, por 3 veces me hicieron ir a una de mis propiedades para instalar la camara y 2 veces el tecnico no aparecio y la tercera vez llego y solo dijo lo siento debes llamar a adt, sientes impotencia nadie te ayuda, es un servicio decadente y asqueroso, se burlan de ti todo el tiempo. First of all the sales people this company hires are fly by night!!! Very misleading and deceitful too!! Second of all the service is horrible and you'll need it within 6 months of install because the expensive equipment start to quit at 6 months!!! Looking to change ASAP CPI can you help? Stay away from ADT and their 3 year contracts. Sir, that will cost you $645.89 to cancel the service.... Thieves.
ADT is the worse!!! I’ve wasted so much money!!! I regret getting their services!!! I should not have to always unplug the cord and plug it back in for the camera to work!!! At times when I look at the recordings, there won’t be any for weeks!!! What is the point of having security!!!! I cannot wait to disconnect service!!!
Had system installed on 11-25-24. Called to cancel system and to have eq. Picked up on 11-26-24 . Have been getting the run around since then . All calls have been recorded and emails saved. . Told to wait 3-5 business days , then 7-10 business days! Will not do business with a company who blatantly lies to make money . It’s 12-18-24 this is way past 7-10 days . Can’t trust my life or household to this company !!!🤬🤬
