Terrible company. Do not hire them ever! My mother had constant loud beeping in her house non stop and thry couldnt even fix it. So mamy malfunction s this system and company are a complete and utter mess. Complete waste of money and time.!
We were satisfied initially with ADT but are now so frustrated. You have to pay an arm and a leg for ANYTHING that goes wrong with the system even when you had nothing to do with the installation or problem. First of all, the batteries they installed in each device were old. We had to switch out batteries on devices that were brand new. Next, a tech that was supposed to install a lock on a door we had to replace couldn't get the sensors to connect properly. They still work sporadically. I would like to leave feedback about your employee Allan Johnson. I had a very unpleasant experience working with him. He did not help me at all. Toward the end of the conversation, he started being rude and interrupting me. I asked him to activate monitoring at my new address. He told me that in order to do this, I had to pay for new equipment. However, another agent previously explained to me that when I change my address, I take the equipment with me and do not have to pay anything. He did not help me and was rude to me. ... read more
Terrible experience working with ADT. From the first installation, we have had issues. Faulty alarms going off sending police to our house, waking up to glass break sensors multiple times when there is no noise in the house, 3x having service technicians coming out to the house only for the issues to continue to arise, and then not being able to get a hold of a manager to cancel my contract when we are still within the initial window of time.
