PESIMO SERVICIO AL CLIENTE! Nunca contraten este servicio, para venderte todo es muy rapido y te atienden de maravilla, una ves ya estas en el contrato y tienes algun problema o se te dana algo tardar horas en ayudarte, y al final ni solucionan el problema con el que vas a pedir ayuda. Pesimo servicio no se lo recomiendo a nadie.

I had a great experience with ADT Eric Dalagan was my technician. He showed up on time and was able to answer any questions I may have had. System works great I can fell safe now.
ADT is a SCAM and is stating I have to pay a $501.00 balance for an account I never had. For a minute there, I believed the situation would be rectified, as I was working with someone name Johanna. However, when viewing my account, the previous balance from someone whose name ended in Marsh at an address on Underwood, for which I have NEVER lived at, was still on my account. I see where it was noted "Credit - sales rep offered free cameras; -$815.07". The $600.00 credit was not taken off of the installation balance as stated... read more
