One of the worst alarm companies ever you can’t even cancel without them trying to charge you. I was told I had a two year contract now it’s I was sold it five years. I want to charge you over $1000 and it doesn’t even work 90% of the time do not go with ADT
This is worst company ever. Alarms they installed two years ago dont work because they switched from RING. Technicians even say its horrible company to work for. Last tech ruined wiring for front and back doorbell. A year no doorbells.one rep tried to sell me new system when i have quality contract covering parts and labor. Never use these ripoffs. Been a long time ADT customer. For the most part the 6+ years have been uneventful. Recently, one of my ADT smoke detectors stopped working. It took an act of god and 20 phone calls to get ADT to roll a truck and replace it. Then most recently, my carbon monoxide detected died due to end of life and needed to be replaced. Same issue, 20 phone calls. This time I had to pay for unit which I did. The caveat was I had to agree that ADT owned the unit despite me paying for the unit $100, plus $99 for installation.
