One of the worst alarm companies ever you can’t even cancel without them trying to charge you. I was told I had a two year contract now it’s I was sold it five years. I want to charge you over $1000 and it doesn’t even work 90% of the time do not go with ADT
This is worst company ever. Alarms they installed two years ago dont work because they switched from RING. Technicians even say its horrible company to work for. Last tech ruined wiring for front and back doorbell. A year no doorbells.one rep tried to sell me new system when i have quality contract covering parts and labor. Never use these ripoffs. Hours weeks on phone noresults
