terrible company raised my monthly payment from original contract with out my knowledge ,kept billing me after contract expired than sent 300 bill to collections ,bad service went months without service, they did not care. STAY CLEAR .

I am very disappointed with ADT and their excessive marketing calls. On February 27 I told a representative that I was undecided on getting service. He became very rude and pushy. Afterwards the calls became extremely excessive. I will not be making any further purchases at this point.
18-Year Customer Loyalty Means Nothing to ADT I have been an ADT customer since 2008, nearly two decades, across two different residences. That kind of loyalty should matter. Apparently, it does not.
