Honestly almost feels like a scam. I just finished my 24 month term contract and I simply want my system installed at my new address and no one will come out unless I sign another 36 month contract when I already owned the cameras— I’ve continued to get the runaround with no one that is able to help me. It should be simple to schedule a technician to come out and screw in some cameras

Tech Ben Pellegreen, excellent customer service, tought me everything I needed to know and was very friendly.
The young man, Anthony, who installed my security system was amazing!! He asked questions so he could determine what would best suit my needs. He was very thorough and explained everything. He even told me to feel free to contact him if I had any questions. He’s a wonderful person and a great asset to ADT!!!
I would like to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service I received from Nathaniel and Jerry with my ADT service. After two previous representatives were unable to resolve the issue, Nathaniel, the manager, personally called me and took the time to ensure my problem was handled.
