I was told installing was going to be free. They charged me 1600 I was also told I would be charged 10 a month I'm paying over 100 a month. Plus a 5 year contract.i feel like an idiot
Fraud. A man can door to door to sale services to me. I’m the end he put someone else name and info on my account so I can’t call in to pay bills or anything. Not access to the app and yet I’m being billed can’t use the cameras , and every time I call it’s either an American that doesn’t want to work, or a thick accent person who doesn’t understand what I’m saying.
Will never cancel run your bill up!! Trying go cancel for over a year
Called multiple people including management with different stories on whether or not I needed the alarm permit or if it was something that was already tied into my monthly payments. Go down to city hall to get the $30 alarm permit the MANAGER and everyone else told me about only to find out it was $50. The MANAGER also told me it falls under an electrical permit which is a LIE. They need to get their act together.
Very Bad for Business. They tell you need to upgrade equipment to get things working. Then they turn around and can not get the system operational. Then continue to hold you to a contract that does not meet the initial installation expectations. Absolutely terrible customer service. They will tell you an account manager will call you back (has happened at least 6 times at this point) never happens.
