My MIL has had their service for over 15 years. She is having issues with the system and they refuse to send out a technician or pay for any replacement or repairs. Do not use this company!!
I would not recommend ADT. I’ve been with them for two days and my experience has been terrible! Their customer service is garbage and a waste of time. It is pretty clear the company is poorly ran from the top down. Save yourself the headache and go with a competitor. There’s no way customer service can get any worse. This company clearly does not care about customer satisfaction once they’ve got you locked into a 3 year contract. I was told installing was going to be free. They charged me 1600 I was also told I would be charged 10 a month I'm paying over 100 a month. Plus a 5 year contract.i feel like an idiot
Fraud. A man can door to door to sale services to me. I’m the end he put someone else name and info on my account so I can’t call in to pay bills or anything. Not access to the app and yet I’m being billed can’t use the cameras , and every time I call it’s either an American that doesn’t want to work, or a thick accent person who doesn’t understand what I’m saying.
Will never cancel run your bill up!! Trying go cancel for over a year
