I was wanting to get service through 80T before the last 2 days in a row that I've been trying. I get so far with someone and they hang up on me. And don't call me back. They don't even care about the customer potential customer to call me back then. I won't go with this company. I'll go elsewhere. Spend my good money somewhere else. Think twice before you go here.If you wanna be treated with respect, go somewhere else
Shady, shady, shady tactics. Watch out for the sales people. They are all snakes in grass. We purchased a complete system, the technician left us with the wrong power cords. We called to get the correct cords and rather than sending us the correct cord, they told us we would have to purchase them for $10 each. Total scam. The technicians also try to add equipment and charge you for it. They must be working off commission too. The monitoring service does a good job.
