I had a very disappointing and misleading experience with ADT installation. I scheduled what I believed was a consultation/installation with $0 installation cost, which was clearly stated at the beginning. However, after the installation was completed, I later discovered that an installation charge of around $600–$700 had been added to my contract without being properly explained.
