DO NOT BUY ADT Just had installed 3 weeks ago and it's been nothing but awful. Multiple issues with no resolution.
DO NOT USE ADT Absolutely, bad customer service on phone when try to cancel the plan, need to keep tranfer the phone call and waiting. The billing system/email is disaster and hide all the import info you need such as future cycle due day and amount. They also has 30 days notice cancel period, so when you realize the charge for next cycle it is too late to cancel and you will be charge for one extra year. Scammy. Sends technician over to do a $7500 estimate to “protect” your home . Won’t leave. Pressure tactics used . Wouldn’t leave my house
Do not use adt I spent 2500 getting a adt system installed and it didn't even work for barely a year and they want you to pay a 50 fee just to come out and there's no guarantee or warranty on there equipment so they came out and still didn't get my system working needless to say I'm looking into a different security provider
