Scammy. Sends technician over to do a $7500 estimate to “protect” your home . Won’t leave. Pressure tactics used . Wouldn’t leave my house
Do not use adt I spent 2500 getting a adt system installed and it didn't even work for barely a year and they want you to pay a 50 fee just to come out and there's no guarantee or warranty on there equipment so they came out and still didn't get my system working needless to say I'm looking into a different security provider
DO NOT USE ADT IF YOU HAVE ANY CHOICE They delayed the opening of our business by months. Not only did they lock us into a 5 year contract, the install was delayed over and over and we could not open until the fire detection system was installed. They charged us over $8K (!!!) for the install in a 2500 sqft space - then, when we had to move before the end of the 5 year contract THAT WE DIDN'T WANT, gave us no option but to pay out another $4k (!!!) because the next tenant didn't want to take over the $170/month monitoring se... read more
terrible service and sales. I was trying to order an ADT system and the ADT salesman lied to me, and installed products I never agreed to. Then had me sign 2 different documents, and i find out one had additonal items like a camera, and doorbell which I actually dont have. Now, I have to wait 7-10 days for a branch manager to call me back. outrageous. dont buy from them.
