High quality of work. Superior attention to detail!
Shady, shady, shady tactics. Watch out for the sales people. They are all snakes in grass. We purchased a complete system, the technician left us with the wrong power cords. We called to get the correct cords and rather than sending us the correct cord, they told us we would have to purchase them for $10 each. Total scam. The technicians also try to add equipment and charge you for it. They must be working off commission too. The monitoring service does a good job.
