This is the worst company to ever do business with. They lock you in to ridiculous contracts and their staff is so incompetent when you need help. Their staff also tell you incorrect information when they sign you up for services having you believe one thing and then when you get your bill you get screwed over . Use simply safe or blink or literally any other do it yourself security system.
Ellen was the representative that helped me throughout my process. She made everything easy to understand and listen to my families needs. Kieth installed our system for us. He was kind and worked efficiently to get the job done. He was able to explain everything clearly and show us how to use our products! We had a great overall experience!
