Absolutely disgusting and horrendous company. Do not ever do business with ADT. Someone needs to shut them down. They don’t care about negative reviews, it doesn’t affect them somehow.

I was very happy with the service until I moved. When I called to tell them I was moving they told me to leave all of my stuff in the house and they would send me new items for my new home. I received the package and it was the complete opposite of what I had in my old home… Sent me regular smoke detectors instead of the carbon/smoke detectors, movement sensors to go with a smart home hub when I didn’t have that bug I had the touch screen that you plug into the wall, they sent me a google nest mini in which I did not have th... read more
We have used ADT before while we were in North Carolina, they were friendly, helpful, and resourceful with every question we asked it was answered timely and made us feel safe. Dealing with Safe Haven was totally different. FIRST we asked for the same exact set up we had in our last house and the dealer came to the house and said we COULDN’T do that we HAD to spend more money to get the security.
