They lie and lock you in a contract that after saying there is no contract. Then they tell you all you need to do to is pay the equipment off and you will be free of any other charges. Then start charging your for monitoring even though the equipment is not even set up on the home or attached still in the original boxes. So what are you monitoring exactly? After spending a considerable fortune last week, the department involved witht the CCTV wouldn't do a dam thing. Keep repeating that a technician needs a monitor to connect and troubleshoot system and they don't have a monitor to do it, YOU MUST SUPPLY THE MONITOR, And I was never told that I need one, now they won't bother to fix unless you provide one!!! That's one line of crap im not putting up with!!!!
I was burgularised over 5 times,reported it and lost valuable things plus jewelery and they have the nerve to try to mess up my credit score. They were notified and still want to hold me to t he contract. What I lost is more then...They have the nerve... who was watching my home? Were they sleeping on the Job? I live alon̈e and they did not protect Me through their security System.
