I was burgularised over 5 times,reported it and lost valuable things plus jewelery and they have the nerve to try to mess up my credit score. They were notified and still want to hold me to t he contract. What I lost is more then...They have the nerve... who was watching my home? Were they sleeping on the Job? I live alon̈e and they did not protect Me through their security System.

We were considering leaving ADT after 4 years of service when a member of their retention department convinced us to stay by offering to fix our chime for free and reduce our monthly bills. We agreed, and they sent a technician. The tech fixed the chime but then charged us over $500 for machinery we neither requested nor received.
