Worse company evern can never get in hold of a person when it comes to assistance or issues with the system
I do not recommend this company paid them the fee the installation fees to get it going to my house asking me for more money and tell me now then it takes a few days to get back my money, not professional

Just a really terrible company to deal with. I can't not stress enough that you should look elsewhere for your security needs. Bottom line reason for my dissatisfaction with ADT is: We were having some problems with our system on our house in NYC. We arranged for a tech to come in and trouble shoot our system. Tech came replaced a number of sensors in the house with a total cost of close to $400. Fine, not a problem. Paid the $400 in hopes that the problem was solved. Whelp, the problem was not solves. Please do yourself a favor and avoid dealing with them. They lie, their technicians lie, and their customer service couldn't care less as long as they have you tied by your balls in their contract. Don't beleive a word they say. Go with anyone else, Solomons, Ring, or Protect your home. I promise you, you will be happier.
