They wouldn’t let me cancel, and had our address as my mother in laws, and would not let me change it, yet our service was for our house, a minimum of 8 hours away. Had to stop paying and make them cancel me because they would not let me cancel the service after having them for over four years because I didn’t know my “security answer” they sent a letter in the mail that I never received, twice … Get any other service other than adt. Plus majority of the sensors failed within the first year.
Worst customer service I have ever had.
Total scam. To have a few sensors and front door camera installed they billed us almost $3,000. It took forever to contact customer service and they’re so rude. It feels criminal. They quoted us $600 and then we got a bill for $3000. I’m horrified. DO NOT USE
Equipment fails, “trip charges” to repair their equipment that is under warranty. Endless voice prompts to get a live person.
