The worst service ever. We changed our address and they said it was no charge and the technician came and charged us 480 dollars. That’s the beginning, and then one month later the device was off and they said we have to buy a new battery. We bought a new battery but then received an email saying our account service was “cancelled”. And we received a 1400 dollar bill for the last 2 year membership. This service was totally a scam.
JIN PAK the ADT technician is nothing but a liar and a scammer same with the company they charged us for cameras and later when he arrived, they said they did not have them and they are Backordered, and said they would make another appointment to come back. They never made another appointment and decided to continue to charge me and on the work order Jin Pak lied and said “job complete” when it was not. Unprofessional customer service with ADT +. My order was incomplete, technical department was not helpful and was attempting to charge me for items missing in the order.
I really dislike companies that use the “notification” sound in their commercial marketing - it’s just as annoying as radio ads that use sounds of sirens !!!
Horrible experience with billing customer service and supervisor my account was charged for tech visit after a weiver fee was waived. And now I'm trying to get the refund and they are not doing anything after they said the refund will be within 7 to ten days i have been checking ever y 5 days nothing is recorded in their system Supervisor does not return your calls im frustrated with this people .
