Don’t do it. There are many other security providers you should consider before you turn to ADT. On the phone when I signed up, I was told I could cancel at any time. When I called to cancel I was informed there would be a $900 charge and that I had signed a contract and that the only way to get that fee waived was to go to court - literally this was the first thing said to me. Had technical issues. Called the customer service, no answer, was told will call back in 30 min. Meanwhile, got on chat with adt lives person in a few minutes, the agent walked me through step by step how to fix the issue! No phone call needed. Outstanding service. Thank you
Horrible! My equipment was always failing but they would charge me to fix it althought it's their equipment that is faulty. Then it took me over an hour to cancel my service when I decided I no longer wanted it. Complete harrassment is all I got.
