They never closed the permit that they pulled when they installed. I called back and dealt with Ai receptionist and staffers who had idea what they were talking about. One guy named hilla? was trying to tell me to call the police station to remove the permit. When I told him he didnt know what he was talking about, he said he has the number to who i need to talk to. He gives me the direct line to the police station…..
I’m doing this review on the behalf of a Joao Goncalves. I wish I could give ADT zero stars. I purchased a 4-door sensor system and a smart panel with a clear quote of $679.20 and 6 months of monitored service. The worker who sold me this deal went behind my back and changed the contract to over $1,300 plus $1,000 for a year of monitored service I never agreed to. I found out when my first bill arrived. Been with ADT for 12 years! Came in with the highest price for a new system out of 3 other company's. Been trying to cancel my ADT service for a week now. Today they told me the cancelation department isn't open yet and they'll call me back on June 11th (6 days from now)!
Possibly the worst, most disrespectful company I have ever dealt with. Their business model is to scam people into 3 year contracts and then never let you go. They must have a play book when customers call, to leave them on hold for as long as humanly possible. So bad, stay away.
