Been with ADT for 12 years! Came in with the highest price for a new system out of 3 other company's. Been trying to cancel my ADT service for a week now. Today they told me the cancelation department isn't open yet and they'll call me back on June 11th (6 days from now)!
Possibly the worst, most disrespectful company I have ever dealt with. Their business model is to scam people into 3 year contracts and then never let you go. They must have a play book when customers call, to leave them on hold for as long as humanly possible. So bad, stay away.
Service after the sale is awful.
Worse security company in north American. always late and sometime says no appointment， waste my 11 hours for waiting.
I'm DISGUSTED with these a holes. I was interested in their service for my parents. I filled out the request form. But changed my mind and erased the form, NEVER SUBMITTED IT. They've called and left 3 messages. I blocked them after the second and continue to receive messages. Called them, and was passed around to 3 operators and about 6 auto exchanges. Finally get to security, NO ONE ANSWERED, I HAD TO LEAVE A MESSAGE. A HOME SECURITY COMPANY THAT DOESN'T ANSWER IT'S SECURITY CALLS!?!?? NEVER, NEVER, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.
