I have been asking ADT to remove a name on my account since 2009 and they refuse to. 2 weeks ago the alarm went off and when I answered the phone they called me by the name I thought was removed. I’m disgusted this was not done. I was told I needed to fax in the request with my mother’s signature which I did back in 2009 and still no resolution. Called to cancel the first appointment because I was unhappy with the amount of emails I received (constantly asking me to sign a contract before tech even arrived). They bounce me to several different people, and then put me on hold for over 10 minutes. When the woman said it was cancelled, I asked why I needed to be on hold for so long. She then just hung up. I'm glad I didn't get scammed into this company.

Their worker named Steven alterio is one scummy person and adt supports his behavior. He adds extra items your package and doesn’t have any remorse about it. And adt doesn’t do anything to fix the issue either.

They never closed the permit that they pulled when they installed. I called back and dealt with Ai receptionist and staffers who had idea what they were talking about. One guy named hilla? was trying to tell me to call the police station to remove the permit. When I told him he didnt know what he was talking about, he said he has the number to who i need to talk to. He gives me the direct line to the police station…..
