Service after the sale is awful.
Worse security company in north American. always late and sometime says no appointment， waste my 11 hours for waiting.
I'm DISGUSTED with these a holes. I was interested in their service for my parents. I filled out the request form. But changed my mind and erased the form, NEVER SUBMITTED IT. They've called and left 3 messages. I blocked them after the second and continue to receive messages. Called them, and was passed around to 3 operators and about 6 auto exchanges. Finally get to security, NO ONE ANSWERED, I HAD TO LEAVE A MESSAGE. A HOME SECURITY COMPANY THAT DOESN'T ANSWER IT'S SECURITY CALLS!?!?? NEVER, NEVER, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.
These people will scam you and get you to sign a contract, then come install day, nothing will be installed but you will be stuck in a contract & they'll take money out of your bank account. Then good luck trying to get them to cancel your contract and the payments taken out of your bank account even though you don't even actively have ADT in your home. Salesman wont return my calls and even the area manager. Don't use ADT
I had ADT disable my equipment within the 3 day window for cancellations per their policy. For the last 2 months I have been trying to get them to cancel my service. First they said that the equipment wasn’t turned in yet and they have to put in the request yet. I talked with them a couple weeks later and they said the account was still active. They keep saying that I have to talk with this dept , that dept. The rep in account mgmt on 12/7/23 told me she would put the request in and it would take 5-10 days for the credit to ... read more
