DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. They were nice and seemed trustworthy during installation but are a sleezy company all around!! Our system is broke via their mistake and we still are continuing to get charged monthly even though the system has not been working. if we want to “break our contract” (bc the system is NOT working!!) we also have to pay out right the rest of the contract - hundreds of dollars!! so yes you’d be better off just skipping the system and letting someone break into your house, steal your wallet and all y... read more

PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS. ADT IS DEFINiTELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY THEY CHARGE. A step above RING/BLINK….please look into other options. They allow you a payment plan to pay for $1,000 piece of S equipment then harass you for it before the time you agreed to pay. Send you threatening emails and harassing calls….when I tell you the equipment is NOT worth $1,000 ITS NOT worth $1,000….unless you are older and live alone to use for emergencies….Get a Ring or BLINK and I hate both so I’m not advertising f... read more
I recently had an installation at my brand new townhouse, but the experience was disappointing. Although the technician was courteous and professional, the job was not done efficiently, leaving a large hole in the wall and taking seven hours to install just two cameras.
Worst customer service ever. ADT is a scam. Avoid!
