Do not believe a word these sales people try to scam you into! The system they will install is expensive junk! This is why they lock you into a long contract because once they do you are just another number and they will take as much money from you as they can and barely give you anything in return. Corporate cares as little as the local people. Don’t waste your money with ADT! Go with any other security system out there!

I have been a loyal ADT customer for over 20 years, across multiple homes while moving with the military. During that time, I’ve had some issues here and there, but nothing compares to what just happened — and it should concern anyone considering signing up with ADT. Recently, I had an issue with a window sensor. When the technician came out, he explained that because one sensor was tied to two others, all three needed replacements. No problem. We purchase ADT doorbell cam. And the doorbell doesn't ring, when we called ADT the lady Rhonda stated the doorbell ringing wasn't within our package deal? Who purchases a doorbell for it not to ring ? That's one of the dumbest things I've ever heard. We are definitely not happy customers! She stated we would need to purchase the doorbell ringing in out package???? We are definitely shopping for other services!
