I utilize ADT for my apartment business, and this is the absolute worst access control provider I have worked with in my entire life. Truly - this has been the most despicable customer service, and they can't seem to get anything right. I have two accounts: A North account and a South Account. ADT applied a payment intended for my South account to my North account. They then closed the North account and sent me a refund. they're now saying I owe them over $900 for the South Account. Horrible customer service, just found out by getting billed they changed their name from prime protection to bulldog security. Been trying to get ahold of my salesman for 5 months now to have a sensor fixed and I haven’t received a text or call back.
FRAUD. This company came to my door and said the home security should have been included in my home closing packet (this I found out was a lie). The company also said all equipment was free being a new homebuyer (this was also a lie, both of my cameras don’t work and the tech guy said I needed to buy a Ero/Wi-Fi booster). get away from this company they charge me for over 2 years that I ask for cancelation and when Call for get the money back they said it is my fault because I did not call more times
We have been an ADT clients for several years. They are very poor in communications. After the new company EVERON took over they are the worst company. Their Commercial Customer Service, Bill Department are the worse. We had to wait 30-45 minutes to talk to someone. If any problems to recity then no body is willing to help. It is terrial.
