Joke company worst customer service ever
There’s no way to talk to anyone. They have a choppy AI person trying to direct you on something they can’t direct you on! THEN YOURE PLACED ON HOLD FOR 10mins then (it gets better) YHEY HANG UP THE PHONE ! WHAT A JOKE ! (Also 10x3=30)
Installed cameras that dont work and charged mr an arm and a leg
I could write a book on how bad this company is along with their sleazy lying salesmen. Never got told about a 3 year contract and having to pay the 75% remaining to cancel it. My wife and I lost our home from hurricane Helene and called to cancel service but they only paused it without telling us so we were continually charged the entire time we rebuilt the home. No credits, no exceptions, ADT is a waste of money. Buy yourself some google cameras and call it a day bud.
