Hasn't even been a month and their equipment is malfunctioning. Their "virtual technicians" don't know what they're talking about. If your issue is not solved by the script they read off of, they don't know how to handle the problem. The alternative? They charge $100 to get an actual technician out to your property at a minimum. If you need your equipment replaced, it will be more $$$ than the initial $100. Avoid ADT at all costs. Shop around!
Horrible experience. My sales reps is named Rob based out of South Jersey. Somebody stole my Honda tires in front of my home. I reached out to ADT because I have a business account with them, so I wanted to add home security in lieu of this situation. They happily took my money and promised me a certain system. ADT is in breach of contract. They refuse to cancel my service after submitting proper paperwork via the 3 day right of refusal per contract terms. I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs Division. Do not under any circumstance enter into business with ADT.

Terrible experience. One zone in my system went down in March. It was an old system with wired contacts. First person told me the issue was the batteries in a non-existant sensor. Spent hours trying to find the sensor and replaced the batteries. Called again. Technician never showed up, and they charged me. Second technician claimed to fix the issue. It lasted a month.
