Buyer beware. These clowns are NOT actually ADT home security. This is an "authorized deealer". The real name of this bogus company is Safe Haven Security out of Kansas City. They will sell you substandard equipment that ADT no longer uses. When their equipment fails they will lie to you and tell you that you cannot cancel the service until after you have had the service for a year. I wish I could give 0 stars.so i called adt customer service and they email me estimate on base of what i described (2doors and 13 windows)it was around 650-700$ with one year contract at about 60$ a month.tech shows up at my house and gave me 4k estimates and I told him not at all.then he called manager few different times and came with 1500$ and first 3 months no payment.after installation he tried to get me to sign 3year contract which I denied it and haven’t signed till today and they have been charging me from day one.e... read more
HORRIBLE. No one knows how to help you. They keep sending you from person to person. My alarm hasn’t worked since March and they still can’t get it right
I regret ever signing up with ADT. They have been charging me every month for equipment that DOES NOT WORK at my location. I’ve called multiple times, had technicians out here, and the issue is still unresolved. Every time I ask for a credit or refund, I get transferred from department to department with no results. I am literally paying for a security system that fails to function, and ADT’s solution seems to be “keep paying us and deal with it.” The customer service is slow, unhelpful, and offers zero accountability.
