Have used ADT for last 10 years and have had issues with actual products over last few years. Spoke with a representative regarding issues. ADT never followed through. Be prepared - once you get transferred to the cancellation department be prepared to spend an hour on hold and then another having them talk in circles about why you’re cancelling.
Arthur stopped by at 7:30 pm stating I needed to hear him out about my “fire time homeowner deals I am entitled to” and was upset when I told him it was far too late to be discussing this. Had he come at an earlier time, I would have heard him out. 7:30 pm is unprofessional.
ADT driver 297351 (license plate BQ44TB) is a danger to the road and needs to have his driving reviewed. Cutting off multiple people with 3 ladders barely clinging onto the roof on St Johns Bluff road toward Beach on 09/30/2025 around 7:15am. Possibly the driver was intoxicated.

They lie and lock you in a contract that after saying there is no contract. Then they tell you all you need to do to is pay the equipment off and you will be free of any other charges. Then start charging your for monitoring even though the equipment is not even set up on the home or attached still in the original boxes. So what are you monitoring exactly?
