Tech and service is great, 6 years ago. up until your panel dies and you need to call them for support. They try to find out about your life story and aggressively sell you their upgrades. Saying yes or no, you will be transferred several times to the “right specialist” until their system finally hangs up on you. There is a 5 to 10 minute wait between transfers. Darnel unperfesional 3 year ago he sold me a a cctv svr system it was about 8k on system and plus burglary and cloud service ect came out 140 $ a month 3 years .about 14k . I ask him clearly if I discontinued the service will I still able to see my camaras he say yes after 3 years I disconnect my service with adt . My camaras no longer able to see . Forced into a 3-year contract without the salesman mentioning. Promised free labor to install cameras, they showed up to my house and said there would be a charge. Non-transparent company. If you cancel, you will pay 75% of the contract total.
