Forced into a 3-year contract without the salesman mentioning. Promised free labor to install cameras, they showed up to my house and said there would be a charge. Non-transparent company. If you cancel, you will pay 75% of the contract total.
Five years with ADT installed at my home on Long Island and the overall experience has been solid -- not perfect, but dependable enough that I have stayed with them.
