Alarm went off.i was left a message. When I tried to call them back I was on hold for 10 minutes! Calls should be immediately answered. If they’re overwhelmed they need more staff. No excuses. I’ll be switching to a company better staffed to secure me and my business.
I had a system installed in my house and when I looked through the bill, there were items that weren’t installed so I called ADT . They sent out a technician who saw that these items were not installed and was going to credit me back for these items and then had the nerve to charge me $350 for a visit . Check your bills carefully and be wary of service calls. Once again I am adding to my review customer service is horrible still trying to resolve being charged for items never installed .
