I cannot begin to summarize the poor service. 10 yrs at old house went smooth so I moved service to the new house (8yrs ago). A year after transfer I discovered ADT left my old service address in the system, not for billing (of course they wanted their money) but for dispatching police and/or fire if needed. I repeat, a year later had we needed the police ADT would have sent them to my old address - and i had to discover this. ADT did not, this error would have just continued had i not taken initiative. Worse company evern can never get in hold of a person when it comes to assistance or issues with the system.. dont use them. I been on a call for almost an hour and noone answers
My system is going off. I’ve been calling there for about 20 minutes. Nobody answering the phone.
Good luck trying to get the right person on the phone. If you move you might as well cancel service. Hours of phones calls, incompetent people working there.
My review is in regard to their phone customer service. It is horrible. I've been a customer for several years and while the equipment and service is adequate and works fine, if you ever have a billing issue or any kind of question regarding your account, be prepared to be on hold for a LONG time and then once you get a live person, you will get switched over to ast least 4 other people.
