Unacceptable service—charging me $170/month for an uninstalled system! I purchased a new home security system a month ago and am still waiting for the installation to be completed. Tech and service is great, 6 years ago. up until your panel dies and you need to call them for support. They try to find out about your life story and aggressively sell you their upgrades. Saying yes or no, you will be transferred several times to the “right specialist” until their system finally hangs up on you. There is a 5 to 10 minute wait between transfers. EVERY TRANSFER needs verification with a link and a code texted to your phone. By the 5th transfer, the call hangs up while you are on hold. The second call is no be... read more
I cannot begin to summarize the poor service. 10 yrs at old house went smooth so I moved service to the new house (8yrs ago). A year after transfer I discovered ADT left my old service address in the system, not for billing (of course they wanted their money) but for dispatching police and/or fire if needed. I repeat, a year later had we needed the police ADT would have sent them to my old address - and i had to discover this. ADT did not, this error would have just continued had i not taken initiative. Worse company evern can never get in hold of a person when it comes to assistance or issues with the system.. dont use them. I been on a call for almost an hour and noone answers
