On April 15, 2024, I had an ADT Security System installed. My salesman told me I was entitled to a $100 gift card that I could use for whatever I wanted. He even said I could apply it to my first couple of months charges. As I can see many others have this same issue. Absolutely terrible customer service and even worse installation techs. If you like to spend hours on the phone going in circles speaking to people who don’t comprehend the English language then be my guest this is the company for you. CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT BEFORE YOUR 3 DAYS IS UP! It’s a trap.
Moved into Florida and slammed with solicitors, posted a “no soliciting” sign and yet still hit with ADT ringing my door bell at 7:20p while sign is posted above the doorbell. He hid his badge and the nerve to tell me he had the ‘right to solicit after hours’. I asked for his badge to be shown (turned around) and took a picture. I will never used this company. I called to get quote on services and he wouldn't even give me an estimate without running my credit. When I hung up he kept calling me back until I answered and told him to stop calling.
