ADT was contacted in August and came out in September. When I called to make an appointment for my security camera which was purchased and installed by ADT, I asked about any charges and advised absolutely none. I have had ADT for approximately 20 years. I was told to pay the $63.13 when the technician came out and did and told to call the following day to refund the $63.13. Vivint Is Easily Superior. ADT has subpar product and even worse customer service (Looking at you Kevin and Randy). Employees unfortunately forced to screw over customers to make the executives money. This is reflected in the quality of service 100%. Please dont waste your time with this company. ViVint is vastly superior. As they care about customer experience. ADT focuses on getting your $$$$
ADT Customer Alert: My Experience After 7+ Years I was a loyal ADT customer for over 7 years. I completed my initial 3-year contract, and based on the salesman's promise—"Once your contract ends, you're month-to-month, and can cancel anytime without penalty"—I stayed on for 4 more years. I have had ADT since 1995- I can’t talk to anyone in person and they can’t fix their equipment- told to call cancellation phone - obviously in India and kept saying I couldn’t cancel and they work with Vivent and they would set it up for me to go to them. I had no idea how bad they are. Terrible
