We've had our alarm system for about 30 years. Our alarm monitoring was month to month and we own our equipment. Over the years our transmitter was replaced with a cellular communicator, and that was later updated. Since our system is so old, we have no cameras, phone app, or other fearures that a newer system might have; however, it does have basic interface with our home automation. At this point after giving them multiple times and paying a fee for a technician going to my address fixing the same issue over and over I would give this company a triple 0 zeros if I could If you’re looking to invite frustration into your life, then go ahead and choose ADT. Trust me, it’s not worth it. Spare yourself the headache, mistreatment, and potential financial loss—avoid ADT at all costs.
