ADT Field Service Techs are great, dependable, knowledgeable, professional as are their Technical Support Team, when you can reach one of them; their other internal staff support for customer service and billing are in dire need of an upgrade. On Hold wait times have been ridiculous, as well as being transferred multiple times to associates that don't know what to do or how to assist.
