They lie and lock you in a contract that after saying there is no contract. Then they tell you all you need to do to is pay the equipment off and you will be free of any other charges. I see they delete negative comments. Beware, had them install system June 27th. Paid contract in full. A month later get harassing phone calls and texts saying we another $780.00. We don't. Spent hours and hours and numerous phone calls, to get nowhere. Now getting billed $63.99 for monthly monitoring. The contracts states $57.79. Drove to the there office twice from lake Isabella only to be given a peter Larson phone number to correct. The other day, a sales agent stop by my house, and I should have never opened the door. Extremely pushy, annoying, and all his selling strategy was based on opinion. Ultimately told him that I was going to stick to Ring, and he said Ring is fine, but Ring only shows you how people break in. Sir, ADT will do the same, the difference is that ADT will contact the police! But it doesn't mean that ADT is safer.
