I am a single mother of 3 small children who works at home and just wanted to feel safe, so I bought ADT's self-setup system in which I happily installed myself which came with a NUMBER of issues. First by base was not working, then my door/window sensors and I received replacement within 2 weeks which I was told to install differently causing more holes to my doors and windows. I was told by a friend of mine that I would be able to get a $200 giftcard for a referral. This friend that works for ADT was told by his manager that I specifically didn't have to be an ADT member to receive the giftcard. I referred a friend. He called and had a system worth over 7k installed with a monthly bill of over $100 per month. They say that it takes 3-5 business days to receive. It's been over a month and a half!!! WHERE'S MY $200 GIFTCARD!
