The whole experience was not a good one, and communication could of been better. I was told that the install would take a few hours but instead was a 6 hour day. The camera only worked a few days and then didn't work anymore. After chasing for a repair, and no follow up calls, I had to take matters into my own hands and call corporate for someone to do it. I am a single mother of 3 small children who works at home and just wanted to feel safe, so I bought ADT's self-setup system in which I happily installed myself which came with a NUMBER of issues. First by base was not working, then my door/window sensors and I received replacement within 2 weeks which I was told to install differently causing more holes to my doors and windows. This did not solve the issue, so I continued to use the services with tampered sensors that I had to bypass, ultimately not fully securing my home. ... read more
