If I could give 0 stars, I would. ADT has been the worst service experience I’ve ever had. My alarm system malfunctioned three times, each time causing extremely loud false alarms for no reason. My young daughter was terrified and hid under the table because she was so scared. I called ADT multiple times, but no technician ever came. Before you sign up, be aware their system is trash. The cameras barely work—half the time I can't even view them online because I get constant errors. Their account management site looks like it's from 2003, slow and clunky and ridiculously outdated. Worst of all? They randomly charged my account $2,600 for no reason at all. Not sure which ADT in the world I am connected with, but I am in Massachusetts. I have been kicked out of my Alarm.com app. I call ATT number and they tell me that there’s a new telephone number to reach them at I call that telephone number and the customer service representative Clearly had no idea how to walk me through the steps or what to do and then set me up with an appointment for the next day to tech-support.
