Installers aren't knowledgeable. Staff on the phone are useless. Window of opportunity to cancel is only 3 days after service is installed, so goodluck cancelling when your realize the service is crap. They charge $1,300 to cancel. The app logs you out. The system goes off without any provocation. We didn't even receive a single call from ADT when the alarm was going off for more than 30seconds. And no police arrived. So what good is the security? This is not actual store front at this address. Waste of time driving out there. The wait on the phone to get help is ridiculous also.
ADT is terrible. Deeply wishing I had the time to explore other options for security services before being locked into a contact with them thinking it was the best option at the time. Devices are extremely overpriced and sense of security through the network is underwhelming + glitchy to say the least.

I have been a customer for over 28 years. Over time, the customer service has been getting horrible. I get told I have to work on my own motion detector and try to trouble shoot it myself. They would send someone out but it will cost me over $400 to do so. My hands have severe arthritis in them and have issues with handling items. I am not a technician nor is it my speciality to work on fine electronic devices, let alone understand them. They are no help at all.
