Just don't do it
.....ADT continues to be the absolute worst when it comes to security systems and customer support. Thankfully, our contract is fulfilled and after today's frustrating and drawn-out conversation regarding our cameras, we're officially starting the process of ending our relationship with them. If you're considering ADT, please take time to read the reviews before signing a contract!
ADT is a piss ass company! We have it at our home and the system is a joke . It never ever sets when we leave to arm and disarm when we return on the first,second,or third attempt! It takes us screwing around turning the phone on and off to get it to work after 10-15 minutes each time.
I've been trying to meet with a representative in person to discuss account questions, however I keep getting directed to a 1-800 number with a call center that doesn't seem all that helpful. Would be great if I could meet with a representative in person at the location that is advertised as open on their website.
ADT has been the worse company I’ve encountered in quite some time. They charged me over $415 in less than 2 weeks time and auto withdrew from my acct. I signed up for a $110 per month commitment. They never refunded my money and instead just gave me “credit” for my acct. which at that point I requested to cancel due to breach of contract. They refuse to let me cancel my acct even though I’ve never armed my system or been taught how to. It’s also impossible to reach anyone with this company who can actually help.
