I've been trying to meet with a representative in person to discuss account questions, however I keep getting directed to a 1-800 number with a call center that doesn't seem all that helpful. Would be great if I could meet with a representative in person at the location that is advertised as open on their website.
ADT has been the worse company I’ve encountered in quite some time. They charged me over $415 in less than 2 weeks time and auto withdrew from my acct. I signed up for a $110 per month commitment. They never refunded my money and instead just gave me “credit” for my acct. which at that point I requested to cancel due to breach of contract. They refuse to let me cancel my acct even though I’ve never armed my system or been taught how to. It’s also impossible to reach anyone with this company who can actually help. What a RIP OFF ! Terrible service ! Don’t move either they failed to let us know that’s a $500 fee and then when they owe you a refund they have took their sweet Time to mail a check …. not put back into account like they took it out ! Now they are saying I owe them $1800 after they have took in all this money for me I will never ever again recommend ADT nor use them
First the tech just starting drilling a hole in our drywall without asking how high we wanted the panel to be (the original spot was waist height???). THEN the tech drilled a quater-sized hole in our nice hardwood floors/trim trying to phish the panel wire through the drywall. Our flooring is custom and it wouldnt surprise me if the previous homeowners spent $30,000 or more to install them. Horrible customer service been 4 months and still not up and running. This company will tell you anything you want to here to keep you moving along in the process. Do not believe there timelines... I have gotten the panels on my roof a month ago and they still are doing a dam thing besides sitting there looking pretty.. tons of trash left on my roof and yard.
