ADT is terrible. Deeply wishing I had the time to explore other options for security services before being locked into a contact with them thinking it was the best option at the time. Devices are extremely overpriced and sense of security through the network is underwhelming + glitchy to say the least.
Jason C. was a pleasure to work with. He was professional, informative, and took the time to clearly explain everything. He answered all of my questions and made the whole process easy to understand. Great experience overall.
I have been a customer for over 28 years. Over time, the customer service has been getting horrible. I get told I have to work on my own motion detector and try to trouble shoot it myself. They would send someone out but it will cost me over $400 to do so. My hands have severe arthritis in them and have issues with handling items. I am not a technician nor is it my speciality to work on fine electronic devices, let alone understand them. They are no help at all. I've had this service for 5 years. Not because I wanted to but because they keep telling me I have to stay stay with them or they are penalties. The first 2 years was decent. Then I asked for an addition outdoor camera. I was told they no longer provide wired cameras and I had to upgrade to the Google nest wireless outdoor cameras if I wanted an additional camera.
