They have variable length contracts from 1 to 3 years (for most alarm companies, shortest is 3 years), AND, you own the equipment after the contract period (which is relatively insignificant anyway as far as price of an overall average system).

ADT is affordable, quick installation My insurance agent (Aaron Johnson) at American Family Insurance referred me to Leilani at Gaylord Security. I was very please to be able to find an ADT monitored security system for my business at such a low rate. The install was not only affordable, but quick and efficient as well. Whenever I have a question the customer service is great. I was so pleased that I had the system installed in my home as well. I recommend Gaylord Security to anyone looking for a quality security system.
