I would recommend this company to all my friends and family.
We make cold calls to random phone numbers to try to scam people into buying alarm systems. Even to people who don't own homes. If you're a good scammer you can fleece good people out of their money. We would be rated "zero" but that is not an option.
Apparently this company likes to make unsolicited calls that are illegal in my state. Please die.
I would give them ZERO stars if I were able to. Their sales associate, KIM SPIVEY, is the rudest man to date. He cursed at me in frustration, is a thief, and a liar. I did not use the company because of this man.
DO NOT USE!!! They are horrible and never return calls when you have questions...stay away and go directly thru ADT or another company!
The installers came on time as scheduled and they were polite and good mannered.
