My review probably should be incomplete since I have not been able to speak with my representative. I had several questions about how to transfer my service to a new residence and attempted to contact my representative, Letitia Belak, but apparently she's not in the mood to assist. I've changed my bank info 4 times on the website so they can pull from my new bank account but every month it pulled from my old bank account so I called to update it by phone and also closed the old bank account and they still tried pulling from that account. Now they want to charge me late fees and declined fees. I was already charged overdraft fees from my bank the 4 times before that. I tried canceling my services and because its a contract they won't let me until I can pay off the contract in full. Won't let me set up a... read more
The bad experience in my life with this company stay away from this company
They lock you into a 5 year contract and don't offer support unless you pay extra. They also will refuse you an appointment even if they promised one for an inconvenience. They are going more diy based. Might as well pay for a cheaper service that is month to month if you have to do all the work yourself anyways.
