After something terrible happened to me, I couldn’t afford to pay for my security cameras. I wanted to return them.. they literally would not let me. Crazy as hell. Do not get a service thru them. Just buy Your own Security system !
Absolute worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Still waiting on refund for cameras never installed and still being billed for alarm they uninstalled. Refuse to refund and they literally took back all the equipment they lied about. Rip off!!!
So far not having a good experience. Only had my equipment for less than a month and its already malfunctioning. When I try to call customer support they have really shitty attitudes (for the most part) for $60/month I expect WAY better service
We have had an alarm monitoring system through ADT for 7 years and have smoke detectors that are monitored by ADT through a monthly monitoring subscription. On 12/14/25 we had a fire at 1:48 am that set off the smoke detectors. We were asleep in the house and ADT is supposed to contact us and if no answer contact fire department when a smoke alarm is received.
