So far not having a good experience. Only had my equipment for less than a month and its already malfunctioning. When I try to call customer support they have really shitty attitudes (for the most part) for $60/month I expect WAY better service
We have had an alarm monitoring system through ADT for 7 years and have smoke detectors that are monitored by ADT through a monthly monitoring subscription. On 12/14/25 we had a fire at 1:48 am that set off the smoke detectors. We were asleep in the house and ADT is supposed to contact us and if no answer contact fire department when a smoke alarm is received. Latisha Bittinger is the best ADT representative. She genuinely cares about the customers and comes up with a resolution highly recommend.
