I had ADT service for over 8 years. I experienced a fire in my kitchen earlier this week. ADT alarm did not make a sound. Two of my hardwired home smoke alarms went off. ADT did not call me or fire dept. I extinguished the fire myself, so I did not call for the fire dept to assist. ADT system failed. ADT service is inadequate. By far the worst company I’ve ever done business with!! I’ve been waiting over a month for the installation of the rest of my security system. Have already paid for my first month for what?! Some half fast job and I don’t even get what I’m supposed to be paying for?! Would never recommend to anyone.
I had a wonderful experience. The service was very professional, and the responses were quick when I needed them.
II am glad I contracted ADT services. Their customer service and response are very timely and professional. It has given me peace of mind.
