I had a great experience with ADT while trying to sign up for the service. David Atwater customer service rep was such great help with explaining how things work, explaining the pricing of the products and was so polite and friendly. I had to hang up on the first person I talked to bc she felt the need to yell at me 😅 had it not been for David, I would not have gone with ADT.
Thank you!
