Terrible local management and service. I have been a customer for 5 years but recently purchased a new home and set up a new system complete with two hard wired cameras etc. I have been calling ADT for about a month to request pricing on adding additional equipment and also get assistance with poor installation of the window and door sensors (some which have literally fallen off).
