After a horrible experience with Vivint I tried ADT. I’m so thankful I did. Travis was the technician that came out and he was the most professional friendly person. He answered my many questions and did not seem bothered at all. He took the time to make sure everything was working correctly and did not seem rushed to get to the next job. I felt very listened to. If you go with ADT I recommend you request Travis.
