DO NOT SIGN WITH ADT. My system was not working for two months. Someone broke into my house and they did not want to bring out a technician right away - OH but THEY WANTED TO CHARGE FOR THE TECH, TRAVEL, EQUIPMENT. Even after the tech concluded it was a liability on the companies end. DO NOT GET THEM PLEASE.
Scam artist do not sign up they lie and blame the customers for the fact that they say it’s a continuation of the account when you move and they offer free equipment actually it starts your account over the worst trash I have ever dealt with. Such a fraud it’s unfunny
For some reason Google hides some bad reviews and never posts them. Letting some evil people slip through the cracks of reviewers like this company. This company commits fraud & theft on majority of customers in 1 way or another especially when canceling, avoid at all costs! "Security" company or scammers themselves? Complete scammers! I had to report them to my bank as fraud and put a stop pay hold to get them to stop charging me even though I told them a week before my contract ended that I did not want any more charges! I purchased a camera and alarm system from them and I have never been able to get it to work and they charge me 31.00 per month for monitoring they don’t even do because cameras and base are not connected. They Suck and don’t use them…
