I had ADT service for over 8 years. I experienced a fire in my kitchen earlier this week. ADT alarm did not make a sound. Two of my hardwired home smoke alarms went off. ADT did not call me or fire dept. I extinguished the fire myself, so I did not call for the fire dept to assist. ADT system failed. ADT service is inadequate.
