Épouvantable. Aucun service client. Ils n ont jamais régler mon problème. Service client ridicule. Tu peux passer 3h au téléphone. J ai parlé a 8 personnes différent et te font répéter ton problème. Il te font attendre entre 15min et 30 min entre chaque intervenant et il te transfère à un autre ainsi de suite. A la fin tu démissionnes. Je NE RECOMMANDE ABSOLUMENT PAS. Leur prix est attrayant mais Aucun service

I have ADT SECURITY FOR MY HOUSE .....since Telus purchased the company customer service is terrible 😑 and to get signed up and install equipment....fast ....lol " JUST TRY AND GET CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTERWARDS " in fact call ADT and go to customer service yourself the average wait time is 1 - HOUR ...yes I said ONE HOUR and then you get a person in the Philippines who tries their best but good luck with that they usually pass you to someone else. All I can say is garbage company now.
