Will sell you a system and install it and that's where it ends. When something goes wrong their "technicians: wont be able to fix it but they'll still billb you for repairs and expect you to keep making monthly payments for a system that can't be turned on
Beware! Terrible company do not use them. They email you after someone breaks in, to late by then. Their don't send anyone to investigate should not be allowed to call themselves a security company.
They have zero customer service. Wouldn't cancel my Nans account when she moved into a home. Continued charging her although I had emailed multiple times. I had to block the charges via her bank. They then sent invoices for charges after i had informed them 3 times, she was dead. I'm still receiving them and have reported to ACCC. If I could do negative stars, I would. This review is purely to inform others so you don't have to go through this trauma. Keep a paper trail!!!!
Andrew $ Gillbert : arrived ONTIME today and were incredibly helpful in fixing my house alarm. They went above and beyond and reset the codes for me as well. Highly recommend! Thanks guys.
their departments do not know how to communicate at all they do lure you with the inclusive prices and then when they install something its just the worse experience ever i was quoted $1580 for 2 camera and sensors after installation and everything they sent me an invoice of $3500 despite me getting in touch with their service team and accounts team no one was of help even responding to e-mails they did not and they shut off my monitoring despite me not missing a payment and doing everything right. their departments are no h... read more
