Good security company, you won't go wrong with them.
This is the WORST security system I have ever come across. From the beginning we have had nothing but issues. Customer service doesn't exist, good luck getting an email back. The system is bad, our doorbell only picks up from the left, we had a POLICE incident right infront of the doorbell and it didn't pick up the person nor the police at our front door. I was treated with no respect. During our conversation, the staff member even told me he was going to hang up the phone and then actually did it. This behaviour is unprofessional, rude, and completely unacceptable. I expected better communication and basic courtesy.
Will sell you a system and install it and that's where it ends. When something goes wrong their "technicians: wont be able to fix it but they'll still billb you for repairs and expect you to keep making monthly payments for a system that can't be turned on
Beware! Terrible company do not use them. They email you after someone breaks in, to late by then. Their don't send anyone to investigate should not be allowed to call themselves a security company.
