Worst Company to deal with. There customer care is completly nonsense. I have paying them for the last 4 years and Now I am calling them. I have spoken to multiple customer care representatives. They just put you on hold and forget about it. this process is going for the last 3 days. not at all recommended
Total rip off company that charged me $364 for a part that cost $82. This was after I had a service call to fix a fault which I diagnosed myself and the technician failed to fix so I insisted they came out again to replace the part which they did and tried to charge me for the second call out. Not a very good experience.

An update on the worst company in the country. After being promised a refund for a cancelled service on four occasions and supplying bank details twice, I was promised a refund on the 13/9/24 and received an email verifying this. It did not happen of course and I phoned again today the 27/9/24 , this time they just left me on hold for twenty minutes and I gave up. Like previous reviewers, if I could give 0, then that might be too high! I'm not sure there is enough room to complete my rant. In short........ A refund of a closed account was promised on 29/08/23, surely 11 months with all details required (Bank Acc etc) have been supplied and approx 11 phone calls and 7 emails to follow up. This sum of money may not be much to a national group but to a ninety year old lady it means a lot, little alone faith in mankind to do the right thing.
