Had a very poor experience today simply trying to disarm the system for my mother-in-law bringing home my sick daughter. Couldn't disarm via the app, or on the website. Rang their customer service who, while very helpful and understanding, were also not able to fix the issue. I was told the cause was their upstream provider who decided to do some maintenance which stopped access to arm/disarm my system from the app/website. Absolutely zero notification sent to customers. this company provides no customer service. Recent experience is that part of there equipment is faulty and needs to be replaced but they want me to buy a new one and then pay $274 for a technician to program it. Poor Service ADT no wonder your rating is so low. You will see the reply bellow. I supplied the details they asked for and almost a week has gone by without ADT bothering to contact me. The very poor service continues. I wonder how long it will take them.

The worst company super friendly untill they take your money. From day 1 I was getting drop outs had a tech come 5 times in the 1 month to try alter the problem and everything was going wrong internet drop outs sensor motions activating when I’m 30 km across the map and disarming issues when trying to leave the house at first they wanted me to upgrade and I pay the gap but I refused that’s when they got nasty refused to refund untill i threatened to take legal action all up took 2 months 1 week to get a resolution they final... read more

Worst Company to deal with. There customer care is completly nonsense. I have paying them for the last 4 years and Now I am calling them. I have spoken to multiple customer care representatives. They just put you on hold and forget about it. this process is going for the last 3 days. not at all recommended
