When asked can you provide a quote - the person was very hesitant to give one. After giving details of the requirement (for a soon to be completed build) he still would not even consider giving a budgetary quote and insisted to call once the build is done. Never seen a sales team so disinterested ....
I don't know how this company is doing business. I discontinued the service after 3 years of full payment in late 2022. Informed them many times and noticed still they are deducting monthly amount from my CC account. Shameful!
SHOCKING COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. Incorrectly invoiced for 3 months service AFTER we had cancelled. Spoke to manager who said it would be credited. For 2 years the Indian call centre has called MONTHLY to threaten LEGAL action for non payment. HORRENDOUS NIGHTMARE of the worst kind - no stars is less than they deserve
