Absolutely awful customer service. Told us to repair our own security system, gave us directions on how to do it. Mate that’s your job, not mine. More than happy to charge a call out fee when your techs attended site 3 hours after the alarm went off to “see if everything was okay” bit late, wouldn’t you think? (Not the tech’s fault). Absolute worst company for customer service. Like other reviews on this forum, no one at this company will take accountability for their product faults. Always difficult to get onto someone, then be told a technician will come out and what do you know, no one turns up! Fed up with emailing the customer service team. Currently have an email that has not been replied to for three months! Then demand payment for a technician fee where work has not been done! DISGRACEFUL Company!
