Do not work with Shawn. He was 1 hrs and 45 min late for the inirepresentative. appointment before he called saying there were technical issues. When I voiced being upset that he didn't have the courtesy to call, he said due to me being rude, he wasn't going to work with us. Most odd exchange ever. He is not a legit ADT rep.
Alex the tec was awesome!! A very professional and knowledgeable young man! He explained how everything worked and did a excellent job on the installation.
This home security company is by far the worst. They have charged me 4 months after cancelling their services before the 3 day period they told us about to make sure there was not a fee. Do not recommend to anyone.
Ordered a fall detection unit for a senior citizen. Sound quality was distorted and difficult to understand. Customer service told us that IT WAS USER ERROR and refused to admit that it could have been a defective unit. After online chat, I was told I need to contact customer service via phone and given the phone number. After being on hold for over 1/2 hour, I'm told they need to transfer me to another department, who's number they don't give out. Back on hold for another long wait.
