The crew showed up four hours late, smelling like old cigarettes, and spent more time on their phones than actually working. They claimed they were 'integrating my smart home,' but all they did was drill five unnecessary holes in my drywall and then told me they didn't have the right bits to finish the job. ADT has always done excellent work for us. We’ve used them for concrete, tree removal, and landscaping and have always been happy with the work. Great, professional team.
