I will not renew my contract. I searched ADT by Telus online for guidelines followed when they install outside cameras in a condo development. SCAMMERS!! Our service was ended April but then they repeatedly charged. Their customer service is no better and a complete waste of time!
Easily the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I've been trying to get a replacement lawn sign - which shouldn't be complicated - for the last 4 months, and they can't even seem to figure that out. I've been charged 3 times ($30 each time) for signage which I was assured would be free - signage which has never actually arrived (nor which they've even bothered to order, it appears), despite contacting Telus repeatedly. Horrible, horrible customer service. Trying to get system changes and they keep telling me some one will call back. We are still awaiting. That was a week ago and four phones ago and we are a commercial account. Waiting to have a call picked up is about 7-10 minutes everytime. Jan 2025 Update: Again tried to get changes to account. After 20 minutes on hold I gave up.
