Used to be great when we started 25+ years ago and it was much cheaper. We used to have a premium maintenance contract, now that’s gone. The repairmen aren’t happy with ADT. They want me to pay $500 to get upgraded. I think I’ll get simply safe or another one and be done with this.
I have been manipulated, lied to and told incorrect information from ADT several times in the last 3 weeks. They owed me a refund for an incorrect charge. Was told that the funds were going to be reissued to my account within 3-5 business days, then when that didn't happen. I had to call them, argue with customer service that they'd charged me additional service fees AND never returned my refund. Which they confirmed was not returned, due to a mistake on their end. Terriable customer service I specifically told the guy I was working with I wasn't ready for this yet he still had me sign a contract now I'm currently stuck trying to cancel this order they called and harassed me into buying those more or less I got 26 calls from the in a matter of 30 days just ridiculous
I see how you people get your customers just spam call them till they are forced into your pathetic service and when you go to call to cancel you get stuck on the phone with a wait time of a hour it's America how are you guys even in business worst protection brand possible hope you guys don't have an intruder gonna be a hour wait time to talk to someone
I’ve been a customer for over 12 years and now that I have cancel now they want to upgrade me. Like, are you serious like no and then my bills more than what I pay for my business. I even for my Insurance. And now that I’m trying to cancel now. They’re trying to make my payments. Be less Her like, no you guys Don’t treat people like that. And then expect them to stay with you because we’re trying to leave like no that’s not how you do business. Treat all your customers right.
