Terriable customer service I specifically told the guy I was working with I wasn't ready for this yet he still had me sign a contract now I'm currently stuck trying to cancel this order they called and harassed me into buying those more or less I got 26 calls from the in a matter of 30 days just ridiculous
I see how you people get your customers just spam call them till they are forced into your pathetic service and when you go to call to cancel you get stuck on the phone with a wait time of a hour it's America how are you guys even in business worst protection brand possible hope you guys don't have an intruder gonna be a hour wait time to talk to someone
I’ve been a customer for over 12 years and now that I have cancel now they want to upgrade me. Like, are you serious like no and then my bills more than what I pay for my business. I even for my Insurance. And now that I’m trying to cancel now. They’re trying to make my payments. Be less Her like, no you guys Don’t treat people like that. And then expect them to stay with you because we’re trying to leave like no that’s not how you do business. Treat all your customers right.
I am a seven-week customer and have nothing but problems. I have made 8 trips (80 miles round trip) to have to address false alarms including a malfunction base unit. On Monday, I was 3 minutes late for an appointment and the manager told the driver to leave even though the driver told his manager I was minutes away. Now I have to set up another appointment. This company is to 100% absolutely avoided. I have put in a security system that is being controlled by someone other than us. I suspect that people involved with ADT are involved in the thefts and break ins on a regular basis. One ADT Tech told us the system they put is is bad and we neede3d their older system.
