No stars. Their "Customer Service" is terrible. First you have to go through an AI Chat, then "Live" Chat. Each time the so-called Live Chat left me hanging---15 minutes. Basically they couldn't answer the question, so the "hung up" on me. There was no resolution.
All around, fail. Glad I didn’t sign.
I regret not reading all the reviews before signing up. I am now locked into a 3-year contract, and the company has not honored the promises made at the beginning. I was told I could cancel anytime without any fees, but now they are demanding 75% of the remaining service cost. When I asked about the original agreement, they acted as if they never made those commitments. This feels misleading and dishonest. I would strongly advise anyone considering this service to be cautious and read the fine print carefully.
Customer service did listen to our issues. They installed the wrong equipment. We called back and ADT acted as if they were confused about the security equipment. Look elsewhere before you sign the contract
Used to be great when we started 25+ years ago and it was much cheaper. We used to have a premium maintenance contract, now that’s gone. The repairmen aren’t happy with ADT. They want me to pay $500 to get upgraded. I think I’ll get simply safe or another one and be done with this.
