the technician, Luis Quintinilla, was professional, efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. He made us feel confident in choosing ADT for our security system.
I received prompt service. The gentlemen that came were very professional. They explained how everything worked and installed quickly and very neat. The only thing is after they left I was able to look at the bill and noticed that there were some things I just don't need. This should have been explained in more detail.
