Absolutely horrible quality of service. I made it very clear what I wanted to the rep on the phone. A wired service. Not a wireless system. And I made it very clear about a price point I needed. As soon as the installer showed up. The price changed immediately and the service was not what was discussed. Seriously do not appreciate the 8:30pm visit to my home. Never come onto my property again. Especially when imgtrying to get my kids ready for bed. Not only that, but my cat ran out the door while the person from your business was very vague about the nature of his unsolicited visit and repeated the same statement over and over. I didn't even know what ADT was. He told me I have a credit with you....which I do not, realizing it was his sales pitch. Not cool. Next time I'm calling the police.
Do not recommend this company. I only chose their services because they were offered at a discounted rate through a partnership with my home builder. Initially, it seemed like a good deal and a convenient option — but the entire experience turned into a frustrating and misleading process. This company has done nothing but provide false promises. They took advantage of my age and giving them such a large project (a 100 unit apartment complex). They installed a residential grade system for a commercial property. Everything was hacked together and not done right. I’m slowly making my way to these companies that took advantage of my young age at the time. Disgusting that a company would provide service like this.
The worst company ever customer service as well to the point we are thinking about paying to get out of contract than to continue service with them we are paying for service and cameras not working wrong equipment installed a disaster
