I wish I could give this service negative stars. I moved to a new home after being a customer for 4 years. They say I can’t move my old equipment but instead I’m getting a great deal at over $600 with a savings of over $1000 off. Are you serious. I’ve been a customer paying over $60 a month. Wow. What horrible service. In order to get a quote I had to have a sales rep come to my home and he spent about 5 minutes with me. I’m so frustrated. Horrible horrible service. Run!!!
