Consider this a Zero Star review. Overpriced. Quote (w/ proofs) is misleading. Deliverable not even close to expectation. Would not make corrections or refund. Business is ran like a garage operation. You can find MUCH cheaper and better supported solutions online. I'd rather use masking tape and a sharpee for my next labeling needs then call John again.
