What a crap company to deal with sell you products send people have no idea have problems our backup doesn’t work had to call a electrician ourselves to fix the problem and find out our power board is illegal 3 months later and they don’t care poor service our board is overloaded which is the issue really bad service
Do not contact these people - They will ring you consistently, and will not remove your name from their contact list even after you ask them to (on multiple occasions). Despite regular calls and regular requests not to call me. 2 calls in 2 consecutive days prompted me to leave this warning - despite me asking them (again) not to call me when they called yesterday. Clearly they are all about the hard sell. Serves me right for answering a call that warned me of 'Suspected Spam' as the caller ID.
ADS SOLAR has been very excellent with the service they provided.. Good follow up and been very helpful
The Sales person was very knowledgeable especially for our exact needs including three phase power. The Installation date was extremely quick. We did have some issues with the initial installation however the installers came back to site the day after the fault was identified and were able to rectify the issue in only a couple of hours plus the installers were flexible to come after hours to fix. ADS solar did ours. Very happy with the system 10.5kw 3 phase inverter. X24 440watt panels on the roof. I have not paid a bill since Oct, and continue to build up credits despite running a pool and all associated equipment with it, on the daily. I use Powershop for supplier. The sales rep Akki was really good. Told me the details I needed and followed up my questions as required. Worth the outlay. Cheers
