I was so fortunate to have Vector's employee, Tyler Dozier, be assigned to resolve the issue I was having with my Vector Security system. He was absolutely professional. He went the extra mile and got my system working as it was intended to function. He was friendly, cooperative and knew what needed to be done and did it.

The reason I pay extra for Vector and not one of the many home surveillance systems you can get on the Internet is because I could always call the local office and talk to them one on one. Now all of their numbers go to a giant call center somewhere. I had a very simple question to ask my local office and I just got put in a queue that was 20 calls deep.
