I signed up with Vector years ago through one of their sales reps, Cecil. When I went to cancel the service years later I was told that I had to pay for the months remaining on my contract. I never signed a contract. But Cecil forged my signature to a contract without my knowledge. So I ended up in collection. Cecil no longer works with vector but vector is a trash company because they knew what he was doing and they are still allowing the contracts that he forged people's signatures on to stand.
Alex was not only kind and efficient ( after a very bad office situation I had ) he saved this account and added some new equipment for us. He will ALWAYS BE ASKED FOR BY OUR HOUSEHOLD!!! Thank you for calming my anger Alex, you are an asset to Vector!
