Alex was able to update our alarm system after ordering the proper matching component. He was great at helping us add Vector app to our phones and guide us along the way. We're very happy with his service and patience to get us up and running. TU Alex.

Vector did a great job for us. We purchased a house that had one of their systems that the previous owner had discontinued and left inoperable. Drew Pearson was our account rep who came out before we closed on the house to determine what we needed to get security in place soon after closing. The day after we closed , Alex Jacobs, a Vector Tech, did the technical work to get our system operational. Alex was great!
