Very professional service from the technician.
The technician replaced my alarm system today. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Kyle came in and did a great installation job. He showed me how everything worked and made sure I could use the system. He cleaned when the installation was complete so you not tell it had just been installed. Highly recommend Vector. This is our second house with Vector security.
Our technician was Patrick Permenter. He was outstanding. Not only was he patient with my questions, he was knowledgeable and offered the best customer service.
Patrick Permenter was outstanding. From the moment he rang the doorbell to the handshake after walking me through the updated system, everything was handled professionally and with great care. He installed a new keypad, two sensors, and replaced our doorbell with impressive skill and precision.
