Patrick came out to upgrade my alarm system, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He was extremely courteous, professional, and patient. He explained everything to me throughout the entire process and made sure I understood how everything worked before he left. It’s refreshing to still experience such great customer service! Thank you, Patrick, for making the whole process so easy and pleasant!
The experience was seamless. The representative came and reviewed my needs, created an estimate, we agreed, I paid. The next day the installer, Patrick, arrived. He worked diligently to make sure he met all my expectations and needs, did the install, reviewed the cameras, etc, set up the app and cleaned up. His work was spotless. He remove all the old hardware, repositioned the cameras to make sure we got full 360 view of the outside and bid us farewell.
