FAKE OR REAL OAKLEY Rx LENSES? I can''t seem to get a response from them. While they do the work after they take the money, the team seems to be unresponsive and uncoordinated regularly. It requires multiple calls and emails to communicate the same thing again and again. My Oakley sunglasses were sent for Oakley prescription lens replacement. They were so rude they hung up when I called and never answered the phone again! I asked for the boss information they wouldn’t give it to me instead just keep screaming he is never here! I would never buy anything from this company! They couldn’t offer me anything free they don’t communicate and the girl I spoke with which was Taylor shouldn’t do customer service if that’s how she treats customers trying to make a 1,200 dollar purchase! I will gladly order from another company!
